Over the years we have learnt a lot about the home building process.
There are two factors which are major considerations for a build, and they tend to be time, and budget. Both of these are better managed at the beginning of a project, but are often not.
We introduced the design service into our business as a result of this. We found that working with you through the initial stages of planning, we can work faster, and toward your budget better, resulting in a happy building journey.
In addition to design, we assist our clients to manage the approval process! On your own, this process can often be overwhelming, like debriefing the notice of Determination, understanding what is required for a Construction Certificate, engaging various consultants, and so on.
Alterations & Additions
There are many reasons our clients choose to renovate, or extend their current home.
Whether they are outgrowing the space, the house is in need of TLC, or they are looking to transform the space, we can help!
We are able to provide expert advice as to what is possible with your current home structurally, along with design advice as to what will aesthetically work.
Most of our alterations & additions projects do require council approval, of which our team will work with you to achieve. We will prepare the plans, submit them to council, engage the relevant consultants, and manage the project throughout construction to final home handover.
New Home Builder
You may have considered a renovation to your current home, but realise that the works are extensive to achieve your dream home.
A knock down rebuild may be a better solution. Some reasons why a knock down rebuild could be a better option for you are:
You can be far more customised in your approach, as you do not need to work in with existing elements of your home
You are less likely to encounter costs due to unforeseen items
You don’t need to fix those issues that have been accumulating for many years
There is opportunity to bring in updated building technology or use of materials
You may be able to increase your building footprint further, subject to council conditions
It could work out a more cost effective solution
Alternatively, you may have purchased a block of land and are on the hunt for the appropriate builder.
